A Class Act
I think this article is a must read. Just one page. It'll just take about two minutes but you'll be glad you did. Go have a look. It pretty well explains why I've always been a fan.
Dirt watches golf, he's never touched a club himself but he watches, I on the other hand do neither but I know the names a little and who on this planet could miss the Tiger saga and before that the supposed Tiger mystic.
I was glad when my family walked into my room to tell me the result and that it was Mickleson and that Tiger was in fact fourth. I had no idea though of the Mickleson back story. This puts the whip cream and maraschino cherry on the top of that wonderful Sundae.
Yes, it was a good day for women but I would say that real marriage and right living was the ultimate winner that day.
Thanks for posting that article, it was a day brightener for sure.
That's a nice article, Cliff. I watched the tournament and watched Phil win. We always pull for him. He was nice to the fans at last year's Shell Houston Open. We went to that one.
Yes, Tiger has a long way to go to be rehabbed, that takes time. Mrs. Jim says he can't get any better without the help of God which he seems to be shunning. I was surprised they weren't running a delay AND watching for bad words from him. I heard one, they said two slipped through. ..
I'm just now catching up with some blogging-and -wow- what a wonderful story to read. Of course I knew about this win, but not being a big golf fan, I had not read this story! What a contrast with that 'Other' guy, ehh? It's great when the good guys win!

That story and the article will surely sell some Kleenex. Character counts - I like to see men and women who "get it" in the spotlight.
I had read this story Cliff and thought it very touching and heart warming. It's rare these days to read such things. I'm so glad he won!

We need to spend more time applauding people like this and stop making heros out of sex addicts and drug/alcohol addicts, etc.
Cliff ~ You are right... he's a Class Act! ~ I hope all is well with you guys? ~ jb///
Agreed....he is a class act and I was so glad he won.
YEA Phil!!!!
I can't keep my eyes dry when I see Phil's kids and Amy waiting for him on the 18th.

Cliff,
