A View From the Porch
It's been a while since I did a view from the porch. This is my daughter and granddaughter horsing around. Pic was taken about a month ago. The animals they're sitting on are part of the herd that is eating my retirement. The one on the left I call Stocks and the one on the right is Mutual Funds.

You have some beautiful retirement funds there! I love horses and those look like dandies! Better than money in the bank!! :)
Those girls look "Glued" to their seats.
I can tell you have a happy, confident family--and herd.
WAY to much horsin' around at your place.
Looks like fun. Beautiful daughter & granddaughter.
I spent most of the day at the doc's and the hospital for pre-op stuff. I have surgery tomorrow and will be back to blogging after the weekend.
Have a good weekend.
I love the view from your porch and the great stories at the kitchen table. You may not be rich from Stocks and Mutual Funds. But Cliff, you have all the riches in the world surrounding you.
OK now which left? cool porch view.
I fixed it Mom, thanks for the heads up.
Cliff
Right now stocks and mutual funds are eating everyones retirement. Most of just have paper to show - at least you have two nice horses.
At least they're cute little retirement eaters.
CLiffers, thank you 4 this pick me up. Our investments were wiped out, but I still have my sense of humor. You crack me up on a regular basis.
and yers, cliff? i picture a dark and mysterious horse.. confidently whispering "Bond. Junk Bond..." whilst sipping a shaken not stirred green apple martini...
