Way to go Cliff! I could enjoy your blog post while continuing to clean up my kitchen. Still queasy from the story of the men tying up their pant legs for the grain shoveling. No wonder women didn't help with this work. We didn't even own long pants in those days. Yikes! I'm pretty sure that we have told you Ron has George Washington's original hatchet that was used to chop down the cherry tree and it has only had the head replaced twice and the handle three times:)

This was like a book on tape read by the author. Way to go!

Wow. That was great, Cliff.

I'm going to send that to my brother. I'm sure he has plenty of the same recollections of grain farming.

Now that you've gone video, you'll be a big star any day now. Can you get me Lady Gaga's autograph?

thanks for this Cliff. I was usually one of the smaller guys on the crew so they sent me up top in the crib to kick the ears off the rafters. I met more than a few angry racoons up top.
