Wedded 37 Years Ago Today...

~picture is circa 1971~
I've heard and read that the greastest gift you can give your children is to show them how much you love their Mother.
Even though you would probably also enjoy something with a bow and wrapping paper, for now let me just say that I still love your Mother and that's the way it is going to stay. I'd do it all again.
Marilyn is different than all of the girls I've ever known. She would go out with me.
Looking at the picture I know what you're thinking, Yes, I should have been arrested. Somehow we have this picture taken when we were in junior high and we didn't meet until we were in college. I know that is about how I look now but Marilyn has aged ever so slightly.

Happy anniversary Cliff & Marilyn.

I hate to tell you Cliff, but you have aged some yourself, but still as handsome as ever.

Take your beautiful bride out for a romantic dinner tonight and enjoy, but don't blog about it. There are some things better not said or read. Lisa

Congratulations to you both.

She was very beautiful. I'm sure she still is. And not so bad yourself.

I know from what you have written that it has been wonderful so far. I wish you continued happiness forever.

Hi Cliff!

Tooter's real name is Ora. She isn't crazy about that name. Her mother named her. When she was a wee lass her Daddy held her up and said, "This is my little Tooter." From that day on that was her nickname and it's stuck.

37 years is only achieved by following the truth in "the greastest gift you can give your children is to show them how much you love their Mother."
Congratulations!

PS - I love the bare belly look on Marilyn.

Happy 37th Anniversary!!!!
I wish you many more years of wedded bliss.

Marilyn looks mighty sexy in that photo. You got yourself a beautiful wife, inside & out. You look great too, also, as well. Loverly couple, simply loverly.
You are right about the importance of showing your spouse your love. I think it is one of the most important things we can teach our kids. By modeling a good, loving relationship for them, they know what a love and commitment looks like and can emulate it in their own lives.
