Well it was 70 miles from home anyway, I saw a senior citizen coming down the aisle toward me. She was pretty ordinary looking and she shuffle slowly along the aisle as though her plan was to make this shopping trip last all afternoon.
The message on her T- shirt caught my attention:
I USED TO CARE.
....But now I take a pill for that.
I have either a finely honed sense of humor or it's 'sick' humor, but I laughed on and off all afternoon about the shirt. To me, the funny thing isn't what is said but it has more to do with who said it.

Lot of truth to that Cliff. One of the ladies at the place I volunteer at told me the average number of pills per resident per day is 17. Some take as many as many as 43 a day. Sad but true. The drugging of America
It's amazing how something will strike your sense of humor and give you an all-day laugh; like the white shoe polish circle on someone's windshield and the note, "I drive naked." Why, oh why, do I still laugh at that not so clever prank???
Glad to hear that the sign brightened up your day.... you can get a pill for that you know.
We call it "better living through chemistry".
Ralph and our pastor have got it.
Pastor is preaching a series on the Trinity and the triune theme is One, Unity, and Care/Love/Grace.
Pills can't compare--even tho that is a funny T-shirt.
I'm glad it gave you a chuckle Cliff. We need all the chuckles we can get!!
