I took a bunch of pictures of the inside of the new kennel and then realized they all look the same. They were all similar to looking at a row of me standing there. You know, a bunch of studs in a row. So this is all I'm putting up. The pic above is of the break room taken from the grooming area. The HVAC and plumbing and electrical are mostly all roughed in. The pic below is deceptive because from where the camera is located to the other end is 73 feet and it just doesn't look that far. That part of the ceiling is finished and insulated. The two hanging wall heaters will be used to heat the 'outdoor' part of the building.

A lot of progress is being made. Your statement, " a bunch of studs in a row" made me laugh.

I've often wondered, if you own a business like this, are you held liable if an animal dies while it's there? Do you get insurance against that sort of thing? My Cliff and I have discussed this often, and now I "know" someone who might be able to answer my question.
You just stood there a while, didn't you, waiting for someone to walk by and say "Hey stud"?
Looking nice, Cliff. I would like to have seen all of the pictures.
I am sure that I could have found your some space in there for a man cave.
..
It will be so great when it's finished and I know Marilyn and Julie will love it and so will the critters and customers! I keep mine at a kennel (no grooming offered there, it's just a boarding kennel) but it's heated and has A/C and a big outside run. The plus side is you can pick up on weekends because the owner lives right there. They charge #20 a day for big dogs and #15 for smaller dogs. I see it's 4 degrees there right now. It's 33 here. Brrrr............ keep warm!
Oops...I meant $20 and $15.
This is going to be the Grand Hilton of kennels!!
Did I hear someone say "studs in a row"? Where?????
"Grand" fits perfectly. What a super kennel.
Looking great so far. Too bad you are all the way over there compared to where I live, or I would be a customer.
