Blogger of the Week

This is my new weekly, and possibly never to be seen again, Blogger of the Week feature. This week RACHEL has been nominated, seconded, and after a bit of discussion, has been elected. She is faily new to the blogging world (or at least this blog is) and meets my standards of a good blogger. She pays attention and isn't just diving around for readers. You can bet I look forward to her comments and she is interesting to read. She follows the discussion from blog to blog and is very clever. The best part is where she lives, it's a lovely area near a lake, I know that, not because I've been there but because I read her blog. You'll be missing one of life's pleasures if you don't start reading Rachel. Good job girl.

Well...gulp...gee....I'm touched Cliff! What an honor!

As Gomer Pyle would say, "Thank ya, Thank ya, Thank ya!"

Cliff, I stopped by Rachel's and you're sooo right! I've have Rachel blogrolled already - it's the icon .... well you discover which one.

I'm in the process of listing positive blogs that aren't whiney and concerned about being a comment ho. ;-)

Thanx!

Cliff
I am with you. As soon as I get to a computer that really works I am adding her to my favorites.

On another note, you haven't said word about Marilyn since that corn saleswoman stopped by - okay, I'm just kidding here.

Thanks for sending folks my way! That's really awesome!!

I was reading some of your archives and found pictures of where you had a trail ride. I just love horses, so I was so envious!!!
Then you had a post where you all were looking (and finding) morel mushrooms! Yummy! You sure have it made out there!! Living the good life!!

Thanks Rachel, I think sometimes, especially this time of year, that we begin to think of Nebraska as a brown, dismal place, but then we get a stranger drive up and say "well, you've certainly got it made here". I do like living away from the hubbub. I've never typed hubub, hubabubba, oh whatever...
Anyway, thanks!

Well if she has Cliff's stamp of approval, why that's better than a book club endorsement by Oprah. Like she ever reads those books.

I'll go check out Rachel. Thanks.
