About being a Farmer, County Supervisor, Husband, Father, Grandfather, and pretty darned average Blog Author.
If blogging was easy, everyone would be doing it. And we are.
tis the old conumdrum---not enough to keep, and to good to throw away---whats a boy to do??---(its a dirty job but somebody has to do it!) (lol) (just found your blog via Wayne John's posting on his blog. I have opted to add you to my list of blogs I am following, as well as list ya on my blor roll of blogs I find worth reading.
Some people's problems are other people's delight! Especially when they are the cook and would rather do some other things, like prune trees or put a Christmas puzzle together. Not to mention leftovers scream "put me on a paper plate" which also lets the dish-washer have a night or two off also! Feast days are a break for the kitchen crew, in disguise!

Wheeeeeee!
Eat 'em up.
Got anything left in the cake department?
I have NEVER heard of leftover shrimp..... Perhaps you need Ron's secret recipe for spicy seafood sauce.
I ask Ron the other night if he would describe me as square or round. He opted not to respond. Oh the perils of leftovers.
Nothing better than leftovers. Hope you have a lot of them. That shrimp looks good.
Just so you know I survived the mall experience - barely.
