I wonder if a smart chicken runs around after its head is chopped off.

Is this like the low fat eggs my hubby tried to put in the cart today? How are they low fat? They feed the chickens only carrot sticks?

Maybe they were eggs from a smart chicken who read the dietary ingrediants of her food before eating it.

It's definitely tied to marketing. I mean, how many people would buy it if it was labeled as Dumb Chicken? Idgie wrote about low fat eggs - I've always wondered how they remove the fat without cracking the shell.

Cliff,
Until I get it changed, try this:
go up to VIEW on your toolbar. Click Text Size -- and then click on "medium". That should make it readable. I hope so, because I did an entry that I REALLY want your input on -- dealing with a decions I have to make with some heart problems all due to my Sleep Apnea.

Cliff, Just a note from a fellow Nebraskan---SMART chickens are a Nebraska product-very healthy and taste pretty close to the local farm grown ones---they are air chilled not water chilled.

As an current employee for Smart Chicken and a previous employee of the big T, I can tell you if you ever have the opportunity to tour MBA's Smart Chicken processing facility in Waverly, NE you will be blown away by how technilogically advanced and clean the facility is.

It is very difficult in my opinion to compare Smart Chicken to "ANY" other poultry producer. People devoted and dedicated to producing the safest, highest quaility of Chicken in the United States... "proof is in the people and the facility".

This is good to hear since i am a big fan of Smart chicken and Veg fed Chicken Franks. The chicken is really good and the franks are such a delicious alterative to unhealthy HotDogs. I get the products at the Big Y here in my town. The only problem is sometimes I have a problem getting the franks. The Big Y has them for awhile and then they don't for awhile. But thanks for the info.
