Do You Remember These?
Just like the Statler Brothers song, Do you Remember These? The 1963 Studebaker Hawk. My boys at Morrow Collision Center just finished the body and paint work on this classic. I was fourteen when this car was introduced. Since we had Studebakers, I just couldn't understand why Dad wouln't spring for one of these. After all, we had the '50 champion that we could have traded. This particular car is really pretty nice. If I remember correctly, it has a red leather interior and bucket seats. I think this is the first Hawk I've seen since the 60's.
My taste's have changed since I was fourteen. Also, my kids'favorites are as far away from mine, as mine were from Dad's.
But never the less, nice work Boys.

Very nice car. I must tell you that I had to mention your very spiffy chicken (isn't it a rooster really?) in my post today in relation to J Lo perfume. Confusing I'm sure, but if you read it, you'll understand.
Lovely car! My younger daughter got both my husband and me interested in classic cars. She knows so many stats. No, we don't own one, but it's fun to hear her talk and show us. (PLease see clarification comment I left on R's blog. I was cut off by blogger) Thx, for coming by my blog, too. :)
I've reread this post and think I should make clear this is a cutomers car. Not Dan's or Tom's.
Dan has a classic that I'll post one day soon. Cliff
FWIW (For What It's Worth), I realized this is not your car b/c you stated "at Morrow Collision Center" so it sounded to me like that's your place of business where your staff ("your boys") restored and modernized (leather & bucket seats) this classic.)? I also think it's super that you praised them here. :)
Hi Green-eyed Lady, everytime I read your name a song starts in my head.
My kids like it when I come visit them at the shop but I assure you they are more than happy if don't touch anything. They grew up here on the farm and at one time were part of my staff, but education is a wonderful thing, and they got some and went to the city to start their own business. They do excellent work and I'm proud of them.
